When is the best time to visit?
The Highlands will captivate you throughout the year. Guests reviews will confirm that the stunning scenery and sunsets are equally beautiful in the summer months as are the starry winter skies, northern lights and roaring fire during the winter. Our suggestion is to experience both so as you get the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the magic of The Highlands.
When can we check in and out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, allowing us time to ensure your cabin is perfectly prepared. On your day of departure, we ask that you check out by 10:00 AM. We provide contactless check-in instructions before your arrival for a seamless start to your retreat.
What is included in the cabin?
Everything you need for a luxury stay is provided: premium linens, towels, plush robes, and local toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer. Your private hot tub is always ready, and direct bookings include a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates.
Can we bring our pet?
Yes, we are pet-friendly! We welcome well-behaved dogs so they can enjoy the Highland walks with you. We simply ask that pets are kept off the furniture and beds at all times to maintain the high standards of our cabins for all guests.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
To help you truly settle into the Highland pace of life, we typically have a 3-night minimum stay. During off peak seasons, 2 night stays can sometimes be offered, just send us a message and we'll get straight back to you.
Can you see the Northern Lights from the Cabins?
You can indeed. The Northern Lights appear throughout the year and are more apparent during the winter months when we have darker starry skies.
