Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances and events beyond your control may force you to change your plans. Whilst direct refunds are not our policy we will do our best to accommodate date amendments. A previous booking can be used as part payment to a change in booking. We strongly recommend that guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of personal property.  N.B. Migdale Heights reserves the right to make reasonable changes to these terms as required by law or operational necessity.

Vehicles & Personal Property

All vehicles and personal belongings brought to the property are at the owner's risk. Migdale Heights accepts no liability for loss or damage to your property during your stay. We expect all guests to respect the local environment and our neighbours. Excessive noise, illegal activities, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. Please report any breakages or damages as they occur. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any property damage caused during their occupancy.

Dog Policy & Hot Tubs

Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring they are not left unattended in the cabins or allowed on the furniture at any time. Please follow all safety and hygiene guidelines provided. Misuse of the hot tub leading to extra cleaning or damage will result in additional charges.
